Test: Added Subscriber based test cases with different
scenarios in AAA, DHCP and IGMP..
1. Authentication success and failures
2. DHCP address assignment and different states of DHCP servers
3. Channel surfing with subscriber joining , jumping , leaving channels
   in random ways.
Also every scenario is updated with join time stats, leave time stats,
average of minimum times, average of max times and Std deviation
for each subscriber .
More test cases will be included with multiple subscriber joining ,
jumping next, jumping randomly to different channels helping us to find
channel zap time.
