SEBA-1012 Replacement the usage of ConsistenMap.computeIfPresent() method with ConsistentMap.contains() method in Mcast app since ConsistenMap.computeIfPresent() stucks and causes ONOS storage sub-system to throw time-out exceptions. Change-Id: If6904e34d57df688034f912288f1ce8b6445d975
