bgpd: fix BGP IPv6 route map error

BGP refactoring in commit f3cfc46450cccc5ac035a5a97c5a1a5484205705
introduced an error which broke route map processing for IPv6 where
AFI_IP was used instead of AFI_IP6.

This patch fixes the typo.
