	* configure.ac: Add strnlen to AC_CHECK_FUNCS.
	* zebra.h: Should include str.h to pick up missing functions.
	* str.h: Declare strnlen if needed.
	* str.c: Do not include str.h since zebra.h now includes it.
	  (strnlen) New function.
