	* network.h: Declare new function set_nonblocking.  Indicate that
	  readn and writen are deprecated.
	* network.c: (set_nonblocking) New function to make a file descriptor
	  non-blocking, since it seems silly to have fcntl calls sprinkled
	  throughout the code.
