ospfd: Support for 'clear ip ospf interface [IFNAME]' Allow the user to enter the 'clear ip ospf interface [IFNAME]' command this resets the connection between ospf and any peers out the specified interface. Signed-off-by: Vipin Kumar <vipin@cumulusnetworks.com>
