Revert "pimd: Revert: Explicitly restart zclient update connection." This reverts commit 199f85ade39f751dd493fe011107736c9b168953. This depends on the zebra reconnect changes, which we're not picking up at this point. Signed-off-by: David Lamparter <equinox@opensourcerouting.org>
