[ripd] Fix metrix in call to rip_zebra_ipv4_delete Fix a potential problem (most probably not triggering a real problem, at least on Linux). When an interface goes down and ripd tries to delete the corresponding route it errorneously passes the interface's index instead of the metric to zebra.
