upload: Unify option passing in ssh and other transports Pass options through the refspec for all transports, including ssh. This means the behavior will be more consistent between the ssh and https cases. A downside is that this prevents passing special characters in reviewer options. That already didn't work over https, so it seems okay. It could be fixed by using push options instead. Change-Id: Ia38d16e350cb8cb0de14463bfb3d9724e13bc4bf
Repo is a tool built on top of Git. Repo helps manage many Git repositories, does the uploads to revision control systems, and automates parts of the development workflow. Repo is not meant to replace Git, only to make it easier to work with Git. The repo command is an executable Python script that you can put anywhere in your path.
