VOL-2653 Create gems and tconts that are related to the technology profile During tech profile download, only the gems and the tconts related to the appropriate tech profile should be sent to TPSetupTask, instead of all gems and tconts of UNI. Change-Id: I6db6817581772ec0704fb0d81f449079fa46e6d1
