VOL-235 this update adds a .gitignore file to the install/ansible/host_vars directory to ensure that it exists in the repo and is downloaded when the repo is cloned or synced. Change-Id: I585d6e271b86d2b3ce1f38b6a7cf6801dd9c60ab
