Goals of this cookiecutter

• Creates sepearate per-platform includes for vars/tasks
• Passes both ansible-lint and yamllint
• Passes reuse licensing check
• Has tests runnable with Molecule 3
• Has a Makefile with lint and test targets, and passes by default
