WHAT IS ZEBRA
=============
Zebra is a free software that manages TCP/IP based routing protocol.
It takes multi-server and multi-thread approach to resolve the current
complexity of the Internet.
Currently zebra is still under development, so If you want to use zebra,
I strongly recommend you to get the latest version of zebra.
Zebra snapshot is released on every monday.

Zebra supports both IPv4 and IPv6 :-)
For supporting IPv4 Routing protocols is here
RIP (both version1 and version2)
RIPv2 supports both Multicast and Broadcast
BGP (only support BGP4)

Now zebra is testing on

ZEBRA Ports
===========
Each daemon has each own terminal interface. Also zebra has communication
port which provides several services to other daemons. Below is zebra ports
list.
zebrasrv 2600/tcp # zebra service
zebra 2601/tcp # zebra vty
ripd 2602/tcp # RIPd vty
ripngd 2603/tcp # RIPngd vty
ospfd 2604/tcp # OSPFd vty
bgpd 2605/tcp # BGPd vty
pimd 2611/tcp # PIMd vty
I recommend you to add upper list to /etc/services.
